TCU: Graphic Design & Web Services Coordinator
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, public relations, communications, journalism, marketing or related field. Professional experience required, collegiate athletics department experience preferred. Experience in QuarkXPress, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, and Html & web based software; strong oral and written communication skills; ability to work independently and on a team; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines; ability to evaluate and make recommendations to improve operations; knowledge of organizational and problem solving skills; knowledge of customer service techniques.
Job Responsibilities: Assist media relations and marketing staffs with printed materials; ensuring deadlines are met and information is produced in an accurate manner for all media guides, game programs, marketing materials and other designated publications. Manages departmental website by identifying and resolving issues and meeting web page requirements. Manages game day video streaming operations by coordinating use of equipment and fulfillment through on-line streaming partner. Manage all branding initiatives on all department printed materials included but not limited to posters, schedule cards, wall graphics, brochures, annual report, game programs, e-mail blasts, print ads, video board slides, etc. Other duties as assigned by Associate Athletics Director, External Operations, Director of Marketing, and Media Relations Director.
Salary: Commensurate with Education and Experience
FLSA Status: Exempt from Paid Overtime
